1. Return Timeframe: You may return new, unopened items within 45 days of purchase. This window provides ample time to assess your purchase and initiate a return if necessary.
2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, uninstalled, and free from any signs of use or damage. This ensures that products can be restocked and resold appropriately.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, Auto Xpress will provide a prepaid return label to cover shipping expenses.
4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and process the returned item. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Restocking Fees: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns of special order items or products returned beyond the 45-day window, up to 60 days from the purchase date. Returns are not accepted after 60 days.
6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are ineligible for return, including:

Electrical components: Due to the sensitive nature of electronic parts and the potential for installation errors.

Custom or special-order items: Products specifically ordered or customized for your vehicle.

7. Return Process: To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

8. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the defective product.
9. Refund Exceptions: In cases where returned items are not in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged due to customer mishandling, only partial refunds may be granted.
10. Policy Updates: Auto Xpress reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and will apply to purchases made after the policy update.
